YEAR IN REVIEW 2023

As 2023 comes to an end, Infinity Rehab is reflecting on our accomplishments as a company. Here are some highlights we are looking back on in our year in review.

ADVOCACY IN WASHINGTON, D.C.

Stacey Turner, Vice President of Operations, recently advocated for several healthcare and therapy issues on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. While attending the Advion Legislative and Regulatory Conference, she met with several senators to discuss important issues. It was the first time Infinity Rehab has met in person since 2019.

REBRANDING OF THERAPY MANAGEMENT

Infinity Rehab relaunched and rebranded its newest business division, Management by Infinity Rehab (MIR), in March 2023.

Initially introduced in April 2022, Management by Infinity Rehab gives healthcare providers flexible solutions. The program can help providers assess their readiness for rehab management options and determine the cost-benefit of making a change successful. In addition, customer programs are created explicitly based on the needs of their patients, residents, and facility circumstances.

SYMPOSIUM CONFERENCE 2023

The Symposium conference was held virtually on May 20, 2023. It provides therapists the opportunity to network and build their clinical skills, as well as earn continuing education credits.

Team members and clinicians at Infinity Rehab, as well as outside therapists, attend from different areas throughout the United States. During the one-day event, clinicians networked and learned by attending courses tailored specifically to them and their daily practice. This year’s event had a new shortened one-day format and featured both live and on-demand sessions. We welcomed keynote speaker Christopher Ridenhour.

CELEBRATING OUR THERAPIST HEROES

We took time to honor our amazing clinicians! Fellow teammates nominated heroes for Occupational Therapy Month in April, Better Hearing and Speech Month in May, and Physical Therapy Month in October. Congrats to all the nominees.

OUR ANNUAL QUALITY REPORT

The 2023 edition of the annual quality report is a summary of 2022 data, including the number of employees, states, locations, patient visits, lives enhanced, awards, President’s message, quality and growth updates, and employee stories of milestones and accomplishments.

Infinity Rehab enhanced 43.3K lives during 2022 with a team of 1.3K employees across 243 locations in 18 states. Of those locations, 17 were new contracts.

PARTNERSHIP WITH ALINEA

Infinity Rehab announced a new partnership with Alinea, a platform for therapists to facilitate productive, profitable, person-centered care and elevate engagement with patient and resident families. Infinity Rehab is arming its outpatient teams with a tool to reduce burnout and make their day-to-day work schedules a little easier.

NEW LEADERSHIP ROLES

Mike Billings, co-founder of Infinity Rehab, assumed the role of President of the company in September 2023. He previously served as President for about a decade and more recently held the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer role before resuming his role as President.

Derek Fenwick was promoted to a new position with Infinity Rehab: Vice President of People and Culture. With the company since 2010, he previously directed rehab operations in two different Oregon regions for Infinity Rehab and served as the director of professional development, followed most recently by his role as senior director of human resources.
