Meet our Leaders

JoLynn Munro, MS, OTR/L
President
JoLynn Munro
Before becoming Division President, JoLynn shared her talents as an area rehab director and regional director of operations. She brought exceptional knowledge, skills, and passion in every role and continues to do so as Division President.
As a leader, JoLynn gains strength through the network of support throughout Infinity Rehab. She believes in a team effort to move the company successfully through changes and challenges.
JoLynn has led teams through significant changes, rallying people around a specific vision and idea. She honed these skills through her experience in the Leadership Academy, a professional development program offered through Infinity Rehab. As a Leadership Academy coach, JoLynn believes she benefitted while helping others advance their leadership skills. The idea of continuous development of skilled and passionate leaders will be a key component of the future success of Infinity Rehab.
In addition to leadership, JoLynn is also passionate about therapy. She has spoken about topics such as medication management, among others, at several conferences, including the American Occupational Therapy Association, Leading Age Washington, and Washington Healthcare Association conferences.
She is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Occupational Therapy Association and the National Association of Rehabilitation Providers and Agencies.
JoLynn earned her master’s degree in occupational therapy from Washington University in 1990. She brings her experience and insight as an occupational therapist (OT) to her role as Division President. OTs look at their patients as a whole person. JoLynn applies this thought process to Infinity Rehab. Rather than focused leadership on component parts, Infinity Rehab must be led as a whole company with a focus on those processes and changes that are most beneficial.
JoLynn feels humbled to be where she is today. She lives by being passionate, building and supporting teams, moving forward with confidence, and embracing both challenges and opportunities.
When she’s not working, you can find JoLynn reading a good book, biking along a trail, hiking with her husband of 25+ years, or spending time with her family.
