We understand that desire to continually grow. So we created a solution! We’re proud to offer a full professional development program at Infinity Rehab, packed with opportunities to help our clinicians grow as leaders, expand their clinical skills, and network.

Here are some of the ways our clinicians are elevating their professional development every day.

90-Day Immersion

We help new clinicians ease into their job through our 90-Day Immersion Program. During this time, clinicians get to know the company culture, meet their team, set professional goals, and fully immerse into their new role at their own pace.

Training takes a lot of time, but that’s the way it should be! We’re proud to support our clinicians from day one through our 90-Day Immersion Program.


Clinical Champions

Our Clinical Champions program helps clinicians identify and develop core behaviors essential to clinical practice at Infinity Rehab. Participants in this program can attain recognition, compensation, and valuable experiences by advancing through the program.

Clinicians advance through three levels.

Level 1 behaviors are essential to achieve outstanding patient care outcomes. All Infinity Rehab clinicians are expected to reach this level.
Level 2 and Level 3 are voluntary levels paired with increased incentives and opportunities. These levels are designed to challenge clinicians.


Leadership Academy

This year-long experience transforms employees into high-function leaders though onsite and distance learning.
Clinicians learn key leadership skills and lead their own projects. To celebrate their year-long achievements, the scholars gather in Portland, Oregon to present their accomplishments.
