Year in review 2022

As 2022 comes to an end, Infinity Rehab is reflecting on our accomplishments as a company. Here are some highlights we are looking back on in our year in review.

National Rehabilitation Week

We thanked all our teams during Rehabilitation Awareness Week with a fun video featuring messages from employees throughout the company. Be sure to watch it again here.

Quality Report

We published our annual Quality Report. It showcases company growth, customer survey satisfaction results, touching employee stories, and other highlights. You can read more and download the report on our press page.

DEIB

This past year, our efforts accelerated even more with our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Our DEIB task force launched three employee resource groups (ERGs). We also launched a video series featuring our therapists, DEIB Influencer Spotlights. I know our business is strongest when different perspectives, experiences, and ways of thinking are encouraged to come together to create an environment where every person feels involved, respected, valued, and connected.

Annual Symposium conference

Our annual Symposium conference was an all-virtual setting again. A highlight for me was all the team-building get-togethers that occurred both before and throughout summer after the conference. Be sure to visit our Facebook page to see photo albums of all our teams and what they did.

Professional development and team member stories

Our therapists continue to expand their professional development in many ways. This past year, we honored Natalie Johnson, an SLP in Beaverton, Oregon, and Quincy Shaw, an OT in Seattle, on earning Level 3 status in the Clinical Champions program. Additionally, after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, our Leadership Academy cohort for 2022 gathered in-person.

We highlighted a special story about therapist Brandy Hoffert, a physical therapist with Infinity for over 20 years. Be sure to watch the touching video series here.

The year 2022 has been fulfilling even as we continue to face challenges in the healthcare industry.

Happy holidays and happy new year!
