W2s Available Soon
Employees can access their 2024 W-2 via Paycom by January 31, 2025 (although they may be uploaded sooner than this date). Navigate to Payroll > Year-End Tax Forms.
2024 W-2s will also be sent via mail by January 31, 2025 – please ensure your address is accurate in Paycom. To update your information, navigate to Information > Address and Contact Information. If you don’t receive your W-2 in the mail by the end of February, please reach out to the Payroll Department.
