COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT: THE TERRACES AT PHOENIX
Located just off Highway 51 and moments away from the Arizona Canal Trail you will find The Terraces of Phoenix, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC). This community has a friendly team on average of six therapists across all disciplines. The facility features 64 federally certified beds with an average occupancy of 52%.
They are a long-standing mainstay in the community, offering short-stay rehabilitation services for over 60 years.
