401(k) updates no longer in Paycom
We want to ensure that all 401(k), Roth, and Catch-Up contributions are accurately processed. Going forward, all changes or updates to your contribution elections must be made directly in Fidelity.
Key points to remember:
1. Do not make changes in Paycom. Any updates made in Paycom will not be processed correctly.
2. Once changes are made in Fidelity, they will be reflected in Paycom after the update is finalized.
To ensure your contribution rates are accurate, we strongly recommend logging into your Fidelity account at NetBenefits.com to review your deferral rates. If you need to make any updates, please do so directly in Fidelity.
