COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT: St. Otto’s Care Center in Little Falls, Minnesota
Located just off Highway 10 and near the Mississippi River you will find St. Otto’s Care Center. This short and long-term care community, which is privately owned by a local family, has a friendly team on average of five therapists across all disciplines. The facility features 93 beds, which are primarily long-term care.
The community has received the Bronze and Silver Achievement in Quality award for their outstanding performance in the healthcare profession. This award is presented by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). Staff members regularly receive state and peer nominations (such as through Care Providers of Minnesota) for excellence in nursing and care administration.
