Our employee appreciation events are back! These team events are your opportunity to gather with your employees and/or surrounding teams to get out of the workplace, have fun together, and appreciate yourselves and your coworkers.
Teams have a window to plan their team events this year: June 1-August 8, 2025. This year’s allotted budget is $50/employee. Don’t let time slip by; start thinking about what you would like to do to celebrate and start planning! Some ideas that teams have done in the past include:
→ Axe throwing
→ Brew cycle or pedal pub
→ Boat cruise
→ Escape room
→ Winetasting bus tour
→ Spa day (manicures or pedicures)
Paying for your event couldn’t be easier. You can file an expense report directly in Paycom (preferred method) or request a Visa gift card (requires a 2-week notice). You will need all receipts from your event for verification purposes.
A member of our Culture of Caring task force will be reaching out to DORs with information on these team events. You can also download the flyer below that has all the info you need.
