Helping Students Picture Their Future with Infinity Rehab

Our Student Placement Program connects PT, PTA, OT, OTA, and SLP students with opportunities to learn alongside Infinity Rehab clinicians. These experiences help students build confidence, strengthen their clinical skills, and get to know our people and culture.

Our clinical instructors make those experiences possible. Their guidance, patience, and encouragement can leave a lasting impression on a student’s future. Through Student-to-Career outreach, we continue building those relationships as students approach graduation and explore career opportunities.

From Student to Future Teammate: Nathan Arthur’s Story

Nathan Arthur, a former Infinity Rehab fieldwork student, is scheduled to join Village Health & Rehabilitation in Missoula as a new-graduate Occupational Therapist in January 2027. Reflecting on his experience, Nathan shared:

“Thank you so much! You guys have been great connecting me and allowing me to have this opportunity to work with Infinity Rehab. My experience with you as a fieldwork student was amazing :).”

A special thank-you to Deanna Harris and the Village team for helping create such a positive student experience! Nathan’s story shows how the time and care invested in students can build lasting relationships—and help a student become a future teammate.

Did You Know?

More than 10% of our student rotations since 2023 have led to new-graduate hires! Every rotation is an opportunity to support a future clinician and introduce them to what makes Infinity Rehab a place to grow.

Coming the First Week of December: CI Survey

As we plan for 2027, we want to hear from the clinicians who make student placements possible. Our comprehensive CI Survey will help us understand:

  • Interest and availability to support rotations throughout the year.
  • Which disciplines and student experience levels sites can accommodate.
  • Resources and support clinicians need to feel prepared.
  • Barriers and opportunities to improve the experience for students and CIs.

Your feedback will help us identify realistic placement opportunities and focus support where it is needed most. Whether you are ready to welcome a student, considering becoming a CI, or have concerns about your site’s capacity, your perspective matters.

ARDs and DORs: Please help us encourage participation so your teams’ interests and needs are reflected in our 2027 planning.
