WILSONVILLE, Ore. – Infinity Rehab, a therapy services company, received outstanding feedback from their 2019 customer survey.
This annual survey inquires about likelihood of customers recommending Infinity Rehab, therapist competence, area rehab director effectiveness, and confidence in invoice accuracy. It also covers customer engagement, including if the customer feels proud to be an Infinity Rehab customer.
The team received overwhelmingly positive responses with a 56% increase in level of confidence in invoicing from 2018.
Nearly all customers surveyed reported feeling proud to be an Infinity Rehab customer, and 95% said the company delivers on their promises.
“Customer engagement is a top priority for us,” said JoLynn Munro, Division President at Infinity Rehab. “We’re thrilled our customers feel so positively about their experience with our team.”
Overall, over 95% of surveyed customers stated Infinity Rehab was a perfect company for them and 97% said they would recommend Infinity Rehab to a colleague.
