PORTLAND, Ore. – The Infinity Rehab team is proud to welcome their new customer, Friendship Health Center, in providing therapy services for their skilled nursing and rehabilitation community starting October 7, 2019.
Part of the Holgate Community, Friendship Health Center has served the Portland, Oregon community for over 100 years.

It’s complete campus offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation, independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The community provides specialty units for those needing additional services for exceptional space, transfer, and care needs, as well as 30 dedicated Kaiser beds as a preferred provider for Kaiser Permanente.
Patients staying with Friendship Health Center now have access to Infinity Rehab’s therapy services with backing from a company that values quality patient care.
As part of the Infinity Rehab team, clinicians at Friendship Health Center receive support from day one with Infinity Rehab’s 90-Day Immersion Program. They continue their education and training throughout their career with Infinity Rehab through the company’s many professional development programs, including opportunities for leadership and building clinical skills.
