MINNEAPOLIS, Mn. – Infinity Rehab, a therapy and rehab services company, is pleased to partner with and provide therapy services for Able Care Connect Home Health located in Minneapolis, MN as of March 1, 2022.
Able Care Connect Home Health provides both skilled nursing and private duty services to seniors in their homes throughout the Twin Cities area.
With the addition of this new contract, Infinity Rehab expands their existing services in the state of Minnesota with this therapy team in the Twin Cities area.
