Willamette View
Nestled moments from the Willamette River in the Oak Grove neighborhood you will find Willamette View. The team size varies from two to five therapists across all disciplines. This continuing care retirement community (CCRC) is a 27-acre campus featuring independent and assisted living apartments as well as a small 6-bed skilled nursing unit.
In this community, you will get the opportunity to work under Brandy Hoffert, a DPT and senior director of rehab with Infinity Rehab for over 22 years. Learn a little more about Brandy in the video below.
West Hills Health and Rehabilitation
West Hills Health and Rehabilitation is nestled off Multnomah Boulevard in Portland, Oregon in a tranquil wooded setting. This outstanding community has a 5-star CMS rating and features 180 beds.

Tierra Rose Care Center
Located just off I-5 near Starbucks and Weathers Park, you will find Tierra Rose Care Center. This family-owned facility has a friendly outpatient therapy team of two therapists across physical and occupational therapy. The team also supports residents at Country Meadows. The facility has 76 assisted living and 50 memory care beds.
Aidan Senior Living
Located near the scenic Oregon Coast with convenient access to Lower Umpqua Hospital you will find Aidan Senior Living at Reedsport. The community offers assisted living, memory care, and rehabilitation services and has for-profit corporate ownership. The building features 29 beds. The community has received recognition for having a high CNA-to-resident ratio, showing their focus on quality care. They were recognized in 2022 with the Women’s Choice Award for Best Extended Care. Additionally, the Elder Guide ranked them as one of the top nursing homes in 2023.
East Cascade Retirement Community
East Cascade Retirement Community is nestled in a quiet neighborhood near St. Charles Hospital. It has served the area for over 25 years. East Cascade provides independent and assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services. The quaint community features 20 certified beds. They have also been honored with the Bronze Award for Quality from the AHCA/NCAL and honored with Room & Care‘s Nine Best Nursing Homes in Bend.
