As a PT at Friendship Health Center in SE Portland, you won’t just be joining a healthcare facility; you’ll become part of our groundbreaking “More Movement Matters” program. This initiative champions an interdisciplinary approach, uniting mobility specialists with PTs and nursing staff to tailor care plans and exercise routines with unparalleled precision. Our therapy team hones their expertise on advanced treatment interventions, enhancing efficiency and empowering PTs to operate at the peak of their professional capacity. Secondly, Cedar Sinai Park, one of our newest teams, is a continuing care retirement community (CCRC). The campus provides services for elders in all faiths based on Jewish values and traditions. Robison Health & Rehabilitation Center serves skilled nursing residents. The campus sits on 27 acres in a quaint, wooded area of Portland, complete with walking paths. Cedar Sinai Park has served elders for over 100 years.

Both Friendship Health Center and Cedar Sinai Park have served the Portland community for over 100 years. Friendship is a 100-bed skilled nursing community that features both skilled nursing and long-term care wings. They have an average census of 76%. As part of the Holgate Community, Friendship Health Center’s complete campus also offers independent living and assisted living. Other parts of the Cedar Sinai Park campus feature assisted living apartments, in-home care services, and adult day services.
Specialty units
Friendship Health Center is proud to offer a weight and mobility specialty unit for residents needing additional services for exceptional space, transfer, and care needs.
Equipped with bariatric beds, chairs, commodes, and wheelchairs, residents with identified special needs can enjoy the same level of comfort and safety as the rest of the guests. They also offer this specialty unit to hospice residents and families to provide comfort and privacy during a difficult time.
