Located in Tigard, Oregon, Sapphire at Tigard is a medium-sized facility with 112 beds. It’s located right off Pacific Highway 99W and not far from Highway 217, so it’s just a short walk to public transportation. Take a stroll through Woodard Park or visit nearby Bridgeport Village on your lunch.
Sapphire at River’s Edge
Sapphire at River’s Edge is a quaint, tight-knit community of 63 beds located in Sheridan, Oregon. It’s located just off Highway 18 and has beautiful views of the South Yamhill River.
West Hills Health and Rehabilitation
West Hills Health and Rehabilitation is nestled off Multnomah Boulevard in Portland, Oregon in a tranquil wooded setting. This outstanding community has a 5-star CMS rating and features 180 beds.
