Infinity Rehab’s irresistible culture
The Infinity Rehab team members bring their company’s simply irresistible culture to Copper Health.
“They bring a positive attitude,” said Karen Beale, Director of Rehab at Copper Health.
The team – whether they’re an Infinity Rehab employee or not – make communication a priority. This includes communicating within their interdisciplinary team, touching base with their DOR, and helping new employees gain the training needed for their new position.
In fact, they individualize employee onboarding to meet each employee’s needs.
“The whole team jumps in to make sure they’re comfortable,” Karen said. “We make sure we all succeed together.”
The family atmosphere makes it easy to get to know people at Copper Health, Karen said.
“We all get along well. We’ve got each other’s back,” Karen said. “We’re always there to help out; it doesn’t matter what it is.”
While the team benefits from each other’s passion, Karen notes the patients benefit before they do.
“The only reason we’re there is because of the patient,” Karen shared. “We make sure they leave with a positive experience.”
New building, new equipment
Copper Health has been an Infinity contract since its beginnings. At only five years old, this new building is equipped for clinicians to help patients work toward their therapy goals.
The new gym features updated equipment with room to expand with even newer equipment for high-intensity training following the upcoming Patient-Driven Payment Model.
The building also features two nurse stations and 36 private rooms.

“I want to grow my team, so we can better the patients in the area,” Karen shared.
