As 2025 comes to an end, Infinity Rehab has compiled our year in review 2025, reflecting on our accomplishments and stories as a company. Here are some highlights we are looking back on in our year in review.
INFINITY REHAB RECEIVES THIRD GREAT PLACE TO WORK CERTIFICATION
Infinity Rehab was honored to be Certified a Great Place to Work® for the third time, a recognition that comes directly from employees. In fact, 85% of the team says Infinity Rehab is a great place to work — far above the national average for companies similar in size. Even more, 92% of employees say that when you join Infinity Rehab, you’re made to feel welcome right away and describe the culture as amazing.

NEW CORE VALUES LAUNCHED
In February 2025, Infinity Rehab refreshed and launched a new set of company core values—an update that reflects who they are today. The company engaged the entire workforce over a 6-month effort to create the new core values. Their previous values, established in 1999, served the company well, but as the company has evolved, so have their business priorities. This refresh ensures the core values align closely with the Infinity Rehab mission and vision, reinforcing their commitment to excellence in post-acute rehabilitation and helping shape how they deliver care daily. The core values are:

CELEBRATING OUR THERAPIST HEROES
We took time to honor our amazing clinicians! Fellow teammates nominated heroes for Occupational Therapy Month in April, Better Hearing and Speech Month in May, and Physical Therapy Month in October. Congrats to all the nominees.
OUR ANNUAL QUALITY REPORT
The 2025 edition of the annual quality report is a summary of 2024 data, including the number of employees, states, locations, patient visits, lives enhanced, awards, President’s message, quality and growth updates, and employee stories of milestones and accomplishments.
Infinity Rehab enhanced 50.1K lives across 16 states.
BOON: OUR NEW EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PLATFORM
Early in 2025, Infinity Rehab announced the launch of Boon, an innovative employee referral program designed to streamline and enhance the hiring process while rewarding employees for connecting great talent to the team. Boon offers an effortless and efficient way to refer qualified candidates for open positions.
Boon is designed with simplicity in mind, allowing both internal and external employees and colleagues to make referrals instantly through a seamless digital experience.
