Our annual employee survey is now open.
We are targeting a minimum 75% response rate, or 3 out of every 4 employees, which is the target benchmark for a company our size. Last year we only hit 56% of FT/PT employees, well below or goal. And of course, we want 100% of employees to weigh in, so we need your help to exceed our goal!
This year’s survey offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of Infinity Rehab. In our 25th anniversary year, we are re-examining our company’s core values. Feedback received on this year’s survey will help us create new company values to take us into our next 25 years.
We deeply value candid employee feedback at Infinity. It’s the only way we can achieve the unmatched employee experience we are striving to create.
