Employees can now access their 2023 W-2 via Paycom. Navigate to Payroll > Year-End Tax Forms.
2023 W-2s were also sent by mail on Friday, January 26, 2024. If you don’t receive your W-2 in the mail by the end of February, please reach out to the Payroll Department.
Now is also a good time to review and update your state and federal withholding information. This is done by employees in the Paycom app and can be done at any time throughout the year. Navigate to Payroll > Tax Setup.
