W2s Available Now
Employees can access their 2024 W2 via Paycom. Navigate to Payroll > Year-End Tax Forms.
2024 W2s were sent via mail for those employees who have not gone paperless. It’s always good to make sure your contact information is up to date: navigate to Information > Address and Contact Information. If you don’t receive your W2 in the mail by the end of February, please reach out to the Payroll Department.
Go paperless! You can easily update your preference in Paycom to switch to electronic W2s. Navigate to Payroll > Year-End Tax Forms and click the prompt at the top of the section.
