The CMS Final Rule finalized a 3.5% decrease in the physician fee schedule conversion factor for CY2024. The Senate Finance Committee has discussed funding a portion of this cut, so the impact is not as great on providers. However, we need action from the House. Currently, there is a “House Dear Colleague” letter that was crafted by Reps Miller-Meeks, Bera, Buschon, and Schrier addressing the House and Senate leadership regarding this cut.
We are attempting to get as many House of Representatives to co-sign this letter supporting the need for action.
