Philip has been with our team at TOP since the beginning of our contract at this facility. He has shown patience, resilience, and a team-minded approach through many unique challenges!
He takes on tough situations headfirst with a good attitude. Philip has been welcoming to the traveler therapists and treats them all like part of the team. He has worked hard to build rapport with the facility staff, as well.
