Our first Shining Star this issue is Ruth Bossert, PTA. Ruth works at Avamere Rehabilitation of Cascade Park in Vancouver, Washington.

Here is what her nominator had to say.

Not many therapists have such devotion to their patients as does Ruth. She cares for her patients and works very hard to see that they get therapy they need and their other needs are taken care of also.

On one specific occasion, Ruth interrupted her lunch meal to come assist with a co-treat. Once treatment was completed, she returned to her lunch meal. Ruth has been a faithful employee to Infinity Rehab for many years and is truly a Shining Star.

The art of caring, she also has integrity above all else, passion for the quality of people’s lives, teamwork and camaraderie.

Our second Shining Star this issue is Josh Luna, Rehab Aide. Josh works at Avamere Rehabilitation of Hillsboro in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Here is what his nominator had to say.

Josh is a go-getter and willing to help out in any way that is needed by the Senior DOR and by the therapy staff.

Josh has stepped in to cover the DOR to allow Senior DOR to cover other buildings for PTO and to support them. Our building runs smoothly and the DOR does not have to worry. He has stepped in and mentored other RAA and assisted with training a new director-in-training. He has stepped in to help with telehealth. He steps in daily to help with residents in our building.

Josh demonstrates all of our core values and the mission. He is a valuable employee and we cannot thank him enough for what he does. We are so happy to have him as a part of our team.
