Kaitlyn is an occupational therapist delivering exceptional care to all residents under her care.
During the time the DOR was out on maternity leave, Kaitlyn rose to occasion to be the conduit of communication between the therapy department and the IDT at St. Otto’s. She performed under some pressures from the facility and remained professional and communicated to the therapy team effectively.
The therapy team operated under the absence of a DOR but Kaitlyn took the time to discuss complex patients with the therapy staff, navigate some difficult communications with IDT staff and remained professional, kind and caring in the process.

I have seen this therapist “go the extra mile” by: She builds great rapport and trust with her patients helping them to help themselves even when they are tentative about doing something new/pushing themselves to meet their goals.
