We will be honoring our veterans this coming Veterans Day on November 11.
We want our veterans to feel comfortable with the way their veteran status and information is shared and celebrated so we encourage our veteran clinicians and team members to elect these preferences.
Log into your Paycom profile online or via the app:
- Update your veteran status by visiting Information -> EEO Information -> Protect Veteran Status (located at the bottom of the page)
- Then select the View Invitation to Self-Identify option
- Complete the information on the next page
- Then update your recognition preference (see options below) by visiting Information -> Additional Information -> Prior Service Recognition

Recognize privately: recognition and acknowledgment might come from your supervisor, team members, or Infinity Rehab leaders but will not be shared companywide in the Insider or other mediums, like Springboard or Microsoft Teams.
Recognize publicly: your veteran status might be shared, posted, or celebrated publicly for others to see, like in the Insider, on social media, or announced at a gathering of your team.
I do not want to be recognized: your veteran status will not be recognized by your supervisor or posted publicly for others to see. This is the default preference setting.
