Located conveniently just off Sunnyside Road in the Clackamas area of Portland, you will find The Springs at Happy Valley. This community offers independent and assisted living options as well as memory care. They feature 199 IL apartments, 75 AL apartments, and 50 MC apartments. They consistently receive 5-star reviews on senior living sites like A Place For Mom, Seniorly, and Caring.com
This community has extensive amenities for residents, including a putting green, large, courtyard built-in gazebo, and a coffee bar. Clinicians can perform aquatic therapy in their Olympic-size indoor swimming pool. The therapy team also has access to their large gym to use in therapy interventions.
