Located conveniently off Highway 217 just south of Portland you will find Sapphire at Tigard. It has a friendly, tight-knit team of therapists across all disciplines. The team serves skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation residents and features 112 licensed beds.
Located in historic Northeast Portland near the popular Alberta neighborhood, McMenamins Kennedy School, and New Seasons you will find Sapphire at Fernhill. This small community has a warm family atmosphere and a connected team across all disciplines. They have served the area for over 50 years. The community features 63 licensed beds with an average census of 43. Their most recent state survey was near perfect, revealing only one deficiency.
Nestled in scenic Sheridan, Oregon you will find Sapphire at Rivers Edge. This community features 51 licensed beds and features a team of PTs and OTs. They are proud of their 5-star CMS rating for quality.
