Quarterly Check-Ins (QCIs) for Q1 of 2023 are due on or before March 31, 2023! It is encouraged that managers schedule dates for this next round of meetings as we are just over a month out from the deadline. Resources on the QCI conversation outline and UKG documentation templates can be found on Springboard in the “Quarterly Check-In” folder.
Simple steps to complete:
–Manager schedules a QCI meeting with employee
–Manager and employee meet to have an open conversation following the Quarterly Check-In Form outline (approximately 15-minutes in length)
–Employees can prep answers ahead of time if they desire, but this is not required
–A key highlight journal entry (2-4 sentence recap of conversation) is posted on the QCI goal in UKG
–Manager schedules next QCI with employee for the following quarter
