Physical therapists working in skilled nursing settings are invited to participate in a research study exploring what leadership behaviors are most valued by physical therapists in the nursing home setting.
The study, What Leadership Behaviors are Valued by Physical Therapists Working in a Nursing Home Setting, is being conducted by Ron Walser, DPT, a doctoral candidate at the University of the Cumberlands. The study has been approved by the University of the Cumberlands Institutional Review Board (IRB #0726-351980).
Participants will complete questions from two validated leadership behavior questionnaires to help identify the leadership behaviors valued and respected by physical therapists working in nursing home settings.
Who Can Participate?
You may participate if you:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Currently work as a physical therapist in a skilled nursing setting
Participation is completely voluntary and may only be completed on personal time. Choosing to participate or not participate will not affect your employment.
