Two times a year, Premere Rehab offers employees the ability to cash out PTO hours for those that qualify under the cash out policy. There is a maximum of 40 hours available per year. Please review the policy for eligibility requirements.
The first opportunity to do a cash out is in May. All requests much be received in payroll by May 15, 2022 for a payout on your check on May 22, 2022. If forms are not received by May 15, 2022, payout will not be allowed.
