Our annual open enrollment will occur June 1-14, 2025. Similar to previous years, benefits enrollment for 2025 will be passive–you will only need to access enrollment if any of the criteria below applies to you. Benefits enrollment will be processed entirely within Paycom.

You will need to participate in open enrollment if:

  • You want to add, cancel, or change any of your benefits.
  • You want to enroll in benefits for the first time.
  • You wish to add or remove your spouse, domestic partner, or dependent child(ren) from coverage.
  • You want to change your HSA contribution (note: this can be done at any time of the year).
  • You want to enroll in a medical flexible spending account (FSA) or dependent care flexible spending account (DCA).
  • You have an existing, active medical flexible spending account (FSA) or dependent care flexible spending account (DCA) and wish to continue coverage in the new benefit year (annual election is required for these accounts).
  • You want to purchase voluntary benefits such as voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary accident, and/or voluntary critical illness coverage OR continue one or all of these plans in the new benefit year. Note: new plans are being offered through Lincoln Financial; these enrollments all require a new election.
