The IT Department has exciting news! We are migrating our IT support services to Prime Care Technologies and moving away from Avamere IT support. There has been a slight delay in the launch of the migration. These changes will take effect Wednesday, September 13, 2023. Here is what you need to know.
How will email work now? This migration applies to those employees with an @infinityrehab.com email address. We will be migrating to only one email address login @infinityrehab.com and no longer will need to add @avamere.com to any of your email addresses.
What do I need to do? Prime Care Technologies will be sending an email with a temporary password and instructions on September 12. You will then login and set a new password on September 13. Please see attached a how-to guide to log into your email account and your OneDrive documents. Usernames and email addresses will not change only that you will be using @infinityrehab.com and no longer avamere.com.
Impact: Emails and OneDrive documents are still synced to your account, and we do not anticipate any loss of email data or any documentation.
Who do I contact if I run into any trouble? Prime Care Technologies is supporting Infinity Rehab in this change as seen on the attached document. If you have any questions or troubles logging into your Infinity email account, please call their Help Desk at 1-855-424-3917.
