IF I HAVE AN IT ISSUE, WHO SHOULD I CONTACT FIRST?

For all first-tier IT needs, please contact our IT servicer, Prime Care, as your first step. Please do not email or call our internal IT team directly as a first step. In most cases, your issue will likely need Prime Care’s support—reaching out to them first ensures faster resolutions and saves time for everyone.

REMINDER: WINDOWS 11 UPGRADE

Microsoft is ending support for Windows 10 as of October 14, 2025.  After this date, Windows 10 will no longer receive security or feature updates.  Prime Care has been working to upgrade our laptops to Windows 11 prior to this date.  This process will continue throughout the month of August and into early September.  The upgrade should happen outside of normal business hours.  If the machine is not available for any reason, the upgrade will happen during normal work hours.  To minimize this possibility, try to keep laptops powered up and online overnight.  There are a few machines that are not capable of running Windows 11 and will need to be replaced.  We will be working to get them replaced as soon as possible.

DOES YOUR EQUIPMENT HAVE AN OLD STICKER?

Double-check your laptops and tablets! It’s possible you have an outdated IT support sticker. We migrated away from Avamere IT to a new IT servicer, Prime Care, back in 2022. If you still have an old Avamere Service Desk IT sticker, that is no longer valid IT support information. Please email our IT department and request a new sticker for your device.

EQUIPMENT REQUESTS

Reminder: there is a new IT Asset Request Form–do not send emails to IT!

Please use the following link for any equipment requests: IT Asset Requests.  Springboard has also been updated with the new link.
