SHARED USER ACCOUNTS PHASEOUT

As a part of our IT security plan, we are moving away from the shared user accounts the field uses to access a laptop.  Instead, clinicians will be signing in using an @infinityrehab.com email address.  This will only apply to accessing a laptop, and the process for accessing iPads will be unchanged.

We have completed the initial rollout of these changes, but we ran into issues that blocked many of the laptops from receiving the needed updates.  The laptops need to be updated for the new sign-in process to work.  For those that did not get updated, continue using the old sign-in and password.

There will be further communication as we develop a plan to update the remaining laptops.  Thank you for your patience while we work through this.  If you have any immediate concerns or questions, please contact our IT Department

DOES YOUR EQUIPMENT HAVE AN OLD STICKER?

Double-check your laptops and tablets! It’s possible you have an outdated IT support sticker. We migrated away from Avamere IT to a new IT servicer, Prime Care, back in 2022. If you still have an old Avamere Service Desk IT sticker, that is no longer valid IT support information. Please email our IT department and request a new sticker for your device.

Reminder: there is a new IT Asset Request Form–do not send emails to IT!
