Welcome to skyChat: Your new HIPAA compliant AI assistant for everyday work
We are pleased to introduce skyChat, a new AI assistant available to staff through skyChat — Private AI for Healthcare & Senior Living .
skyChat is designed to support your day-to-day work. It can be used to answer questions about policies and procedures, answer clinical questions by surveying Springboard documents, summarize information, and help you think through tasks more efficiently.
You can use skyChat for tasks such as:
- Summarizing long articles or reports
- Creating outlines, checklists, and bullet points
- Brainstorming ideas
- Rewording information in a clearer or simpler wa
Accessing skyChat is simple:
- Sign in with your work credentials ( NAME@infinityrehab.com email address); use the same password used for other Microsoft products
- Save the location as a favorite
- Select the agent you need:

The General Knowledge agent will search outside of Infinity documents.
The remaining agents listed are linked to the Springboard. The Springboard Documents agent is searching all Springboard content for an answer to your question while the DOR and ARD Documents, HR Documents, and Clinical Agent is searching the associated subset of Springboard information to answer your questions.

Once open, skyChat works like a conversation. You can ask a question, review the answer, and continue refining your request until you get the result you need.
Tips for best use
To get the most out of skyChat:
- Ask clear and specific questions
- Include the format you want, such as bullets, a summary, or a draft email
- Add context where helpful
- Review all responses before using them
Example prompts:
- “Summarize this in five bullet points.”
- “Write a professional reply to this email.”
- “Give me three ideas for a staff briefing topic.”
- “Turn this into plain English.”
Important guidance
Please remember that skyChat is a support tool. It should not replace professional judgment, and all responses should be reviewed before use.
Staff should also follow organizational guidance around confidentiality, privacy, and sensitive information.
