Infinity Rehab has completed a full review and update of our HR policies to improve clarity, compliance, and consistency. The updated handbook will be available in Paycom and Springboard. Please take a moment to review the key changes below. These policy updates are effective July 1, 2025.

Restoration of Service
Employees who return to Infinity Rehab, regardless of how long they were away, will now have all previously worked hours credited toward their total service record.

  • All prior hours count toward PTO accrual
  • Hours worked in a full-time position count toward the five-year benefit tier
  • The five-year tier includes premium benefits and higher PTO accrual rates

Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO policies have been updated to provide more flexibility and align with best practices.

  • Employees can now use PTO as soon as it is earned
  • PTO will no longer accrue while using PTO; non-exempt employees will accrue PTO only on hours worked
  • The maximum PTO balance is now capped at 200 hours (previously 240)
  • Any balance over 200 hours will be paid out in the July 7 paycheck
  • Employees are encouraged to use PTO regularly to rest and recharge

PTO Cash-Out
The PTO cash-out policy has been simplified and is now more accessible.

  • The previous two-year service requirement has been removed
  • Employees may cash out up to 40 hours of PTO per calendar year
  • A minimum of 80 PTO hours must remain after the cash-out
  • Requests are accepted in May and November
  • Hardship requests outside of these windows will be reviewed case by case

Jury Duty
Infinity Rehab now offers a consistent jury duty policy across all roles and locations.

  • All employees receive 16 hours of paid jury duty leave per calendar year
  • Time beyond the 16 paid hours may be covered using PTO or unpaid time
  • HR can provide a hardship letter for court if jury service creates a burden
