The 2025 Infinity Rehab Annual Compliance Training is now scheduled to begin in October for all field staff. Here are the details you need for this all-company, mandatory training.
Who: All Infinity Rehab employees. This includes all clinical and non-clinical full-time, part-time, and on-call employees.
Employees with a start date after July 13, 2025, are not required to complete this training.
In addition, the corporate office and some field staff have already completed the training this past summer. These employees will not need to repeat the training.
When: Start date for all field staff is October 13 with a completion deadline of November 9.
- If training is not completed, you will be prevented from working starting November 19– no exceptions!
Where: CEU360
Right now, employees should confirm CEU360 has their correct and preferred email by contacting them at 1.800.554.2387. This will ensure they receive the notifications regarding this required training. Employees can also log into their account to check their access using Chrome: https://infinity.ceu360.com/corp/clogin.
To reset passwords, employees should call CEU360 at 1.800.554.2387.
Important notes:

- Training should take 2 to 4 hours to complete
- Notifications regarding the training will be sent periodically from CEU360 to all employees using the email addresses in CEU360.
- Failure to complete this mandatory training may result in termination.
- Employees will be paid at their hourly rate. Training should only be completed during regular working hours (not overtime or on a holiday).
- If an employee is completing other training in CEU360 for which they are being paid a training rate of pay, they should clock out to complete that training since it is separate from annual compliance training.
- PRN employees who are not regular remote workers may complete the training from home. They should send their hours for doing so to their director for payroll entry. They should not access NetHealth from a personal device or bring an Infinity device home.
- Employees do not need to inform HR or payroll when they are finished with their training (unless completed after November 9).
You are encouraged to complete the training as soon as the window opens October 13, 2025. Don’t delay!
