It enables managers to celebrate you in meaningful ways, tailored to your unique preferences. By sharing your recognition preferences, you contribute to a culture where everyone feels continuously valued and appreciated. Ultimately, we strive to create a workplace where individuals’ contributions are celebrated, fostering a vibrant team spirit and a culture of genuine appreciation.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Fill out the online Recognition Done Right form following this link—your manager or supervisor will automatically get a copy of your responses.
- Make sure to specify your recognition preferences on the form (choose company-wide, team-only, or private).
- Start using our new Kudos Kards to recognize a colleague for the work they do.
KUDOS KARDS
Kudos Kards are a simple, handwritten way to recognize each other’s efforts. Use these cards to send a note of encouragement, say thanks, or give a shoutout to a team member who has gone above and beyond. All teams should have received a Kudos Kards kit last month. Managers, encourage your teams to use Kudos Kards as a tool to build a culture of recognition, connection, and support.
