FINDING AN IN-NETWORK PROVIDER
Choosing an in-network provider is one of the easiest ways to make the most of your healthcare benefits while keeping costs down.
Your plan gives you access to one of the largest healthcare provider networks in the Pacific Northwest—and even broader access when traveling throughout the U.S. Staying in-network ensures you receive high-quality care at the best possible price.
How to Find an In-Network Provider
Follow these simple steps to get started:
- Log in to the member portal
Visit accessrga.com, select Oregon, and click on the RGA Member Login at the top of the page. - Navigate to provider search
Once logged in, select “Explore Your Benefits”, then click “Find a Doctor or Hospital.” - Search by your needs
You can search in several ways:- Doctor by name
- Hospital or facility by name
- Doctor by specialty (e.g., cardiology, orthopedics)
- Facility type (urgent care, lab, hospital, etc.)
- Enter your location
Use your home address or current location to find nearby options. - Refine your results
Use filters to narrow your search, including:- Specialty
- Distance
- Telehealth/remote services
- View results your way
Switch to map view to easily see provider locations and choose what’s most convenient.
Important Tips
- Always verify before you go
Even after using the search tool, call the provider or facility to confirm they are in-network before scheduling services. - Know your coverage
Not all services provided by an in-network provider are automatically covered. Be sure to review your plan details to understand what’s included. - Ask questions when needed
If you’re unsure about coverage or benefits, contact customer care using the number on the back of your ID card.
