Employees can access their 2023 W-2 via Paycom by January 31, 2024 (although they may be uploaded sooner than this date). Navigate to Payroll > Year-End Tax Forms.
2023 W-2s will also be sent via mail by January 31, 2024 – please ensure your address is accurate in Paycom. To update your information, navigate to Information > Address and Contact Information. If you don’t receive your W-2 in the mail by the end of February, please reach out to the Payroll Department.
Now is also a good time to review and update your state and federal withholding information. This is done by employees in the Paycom app and can be done at any time throughout the year. Navigate to Payroll > Tax Setup.
