Michelle Nelson was a valued clinician with Infinity Rehab for 6 1/2 years from October 2017 to January 2024. Her career as an occupational therapist spanned over 25 years. She was most recently with Infinity Rehab at our Columbia Lutheran Home community in Seattle, Washington.
During her time at Infinity Rehab, she served as a Director of Rehab at the Oaks at Forest Bay in Shoreline, WA. Following a facility closure at Oaks at Forest Bay, Michelle moved on into a treating role as a COTA at Washington Care Center in Seattle. Then, she ultimately assumed her COTA role at Columbia Lutheran Home.
Michelle will be missed dearly by her colleagues and patients at Infinity Rehab and Columbia Lutheran Home. We are grateful for the time Michelle spent improving the lives of those she worked with and treated.
The Columbia Lutheran Home team, led by DOR Ian Macmurdie, held a memorial service for Michelle earlier this month.
