A New Springboard Is Coming: Modern and Built for You
We’re excited to share that Springboard—our employee intranet—is getting a major upgrade. Early in 2026, we’ll be migrating from our current platform to a brand-new Springboard built on Microsoft SharePoint. This change will bring a more modern look, improved functionality, and a better day-to-day experience for everyone.
Why We’re Making the Move
Our current intranet, built on an older platform called Plone, has served us well over the years. But as technology evolves, maintaining and updating this system has become increasingly difficult. Moving to SharePoint allows us to build a more flexible, reliable, and easier-to-maintain site for all employees.
A Seamless Fit With the Tools You Already Use
Because our organization already uses the Microsoft suite, the new Springboard will tap into the tools many of us use every day. Employees with existing Microsoft logins will use those same credentials to access the new intranet—no new passwords or special accounts needed.
For employees who may not currently have Microsoft credentials, such as PRNs, we have a cost-effective path to provide access. Everyone who needs Springboard will be able to get to it easily.
Better Connections, Better Access
Building Springboard on SharePoint opens the door to tighter integration with other Microsoft products, including Teams. This means smoother navigation, more streamlined communication, and a natively connected experience across platforms. File management will also be centrally located, making it easier to find, store, and share important documents.
What This Means for You
The new Springboard will offer:
-
A cleaner, more intuitive layout
-
Faster and easier access to resources
-
Improved reliability
-
A platform built for long-term growth
We’re excited about this move and confident it will help every Infinity Rehab employee stay connected, informed, and supported with the tools they need.
More updates will be shared as we move closer to launch. Stay tuned—and get ready for a better Springboard!
