A Message from Mike: Remembering Carrie
Mike Billings, PT, DHSc, MS, CEEAA
President
Dear Infinity Rehab Team,
I want to share with you that my wife, Carrie, passed away on December 27, 2025, after living with Stage 3 ovarian cancer for the past three years. Carrie and I were married for almost 35 years. We were also fortunate to be best friends. You can learn more about the wonderful person Carrie was here.
Writing this is not easy, but it is important to me—both for my own healing and because Carrie was truly part of the Infinity Rehab family.
For 26 years, Carrie stood beside me as Infinity Rehab grew and evolved. While my role has been visible, her support happened quietly and steadfastly behind the scenes. She made it possible for me to give my best to this company by supporting me—as a coach, a trusted confidant, a sounding board, and often the steady counselor I needed. I know without hesitation that I would not be the leader I am today without her guidance, perspective, and unwavering belief in me.
Carrie deeply believed in the work we do at Infinity Rehab. She cared about our mission, our people, and the impact we have on those we serve. Over the years, she formed genuine friendships with many of you, friendships that meant a great deal to her and to me. She followed our successes, felt our challenges, and celebrated this company as something meaningful and good in the world.
At her core, Carrie was about people—listening, caring, and putting others before herself. Those values align so closely with who we strive to be at Infinity Rehab, and I see her spirit reflected in the culture we continue to build together.
Thank you to those of you who have reached out with kindness, compassion, and support. Your words, notes, and presence have meant more to my family and me than I can adequately express.
I am grateful to work alongside each of you, and I know Carrie would be too.
With gratitude,
Mike
