Happy New Year! As we step into 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible strides we made together last year and to share my excitement about the opportunities ahead.
2024 was a year of significant growth and transformation for Infinity Rehab. We enhanced our focus on delivering high-value rehabilitation services, doubled down on our commitment to providing industry-leading quality and customer service, and made significant progress in integrating innovative technologies into our operations. These accomplishments were only possible because of your dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to our mission: Delivering the best of science with the art of caring.
As we embark on 2025, we are guided by strategic priorities that center on growth and technology. Our focus will remain on providing unparalleled value to our patients and partners by fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Here are some key highlights of what’s ahead:
- Expanding Our Reach: We are launching new business lines, including partnerships with critical access and acute care hospitals, and direct contracting relationships with Accountable Care Organizations and other value-based payers. These initiatives will enable us to extend the impact of our high-quality rehab services to more communities nationwide.
- Strengthening Our Sales and Operations: We have set an ambitious goal of achieving $5 million in new business by densifying our presence in current markets and exploring opportunities in new ones. Our VP of Business Development will lead this growth, supported by each of you who contribute to the exceptional care and outcomes that make Infinity Rehab the partner of choice.
- Embracing Innovation: We will continue to invest in cutting-edge technology, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance clinical decision-making, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes. This is not just about keeping up with industry trends but about leading the way.
