Our annual open enrollment will occur June 1-14, 2025. Unlike previous years, benefits enrollment for 2025 will be active; ALL current benefitted employees, those seeking to enroll for the first time, and those wishing to waive their benefits. All eligible employees will need to take action. Benefits enrollment will be processed entirely within Paycom. Options for benefits will include:
- Medical Plans: Enroll in or change between the PPO or HDHP/HSA medical plans.
- Dental Plan: Enroll in, waive, or change dental coverage.
- Vision Plan: Enroll in or change voluntary vision coverage.
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA):
- Enroll in or change Medical FSA contributions (unless enrolled in HDHP/HSA).
- Enroll in or change Dependent Care FSA contributions.
- Health Savings Account (HSA): Enroll in or change HSA contributions (only if enrolled in the HDHP).
- Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance: Enroll in or adjust coverage for yourself, your spouse, or dependents (within guarantee issue limits).
- Voluntary Benefits:
- Critical Illness
- Accident
- Whole Life with Long-Term Care Rider
- Short-term and Long-term Disability: Elect or change coverage (note restrictions in some states for short-term disability).
- Waive Coverage: You can waive Medical or Dental benefits, but you must do so online during Open Enrollment.
