Employee survey results

We’ve got a lot of exciting things on the horizon around people and culture in 2025. Today I want to talk briefly about our recent employee survey results, as well as our plans to pursue official recognition as a Great Place to Work later this year, and what you can do to help us get ready.

In late January/early February, we completed our latest employee pulse survey. As the name suggests, this was a quick check-in about our employees’ sentiment about working at Infinity. I am happy to share that overall, the results were very good.

We track a metric called Employee Net Promoter Score, or eNPS. This quarter is the highest score that we have ever had over the last 3 years of measuring eNPS at Infinity.

Our full-time and part-time employees scored 41 on a goal of 50, which is considered a very good eNPS score. We also got good news from our on-call employee feedback, with our eNPS score coming in at a good score of 29.

Takeaways and action items

I have included some slides to summarize a little bit more detail about what we learned in our most recent employee pulse survey. Here are my two big takeaways, and an action you can take for each one:

  • Takeaway #1: Overall, we are in a good place as a company when it comes to employee engagement and satisfaction, having steadily gone up in our scores over the last 12 months. I am happy to see that many of our employees feel this way.

ACTION: If this describes you, please help our reputation shine online for potential new employees–leave a review on Glassdoor. We are currently rated at 3.6 out of 5 stars, and we are working toward a goal of 4.0. It only takes a couple of minutes, and it makes a big impact. Plus your input is anonymous. https://bit.ly/infinityrehabglassdoor

  • Takeaway #2: Our survey results also show that not everyone experiences Infinity as a great place to work, so we still have some work to do. We will approach this in the weeks ahead by diving into the areas across the company where scores were relatively lower and working to improve the experience for those employees where we can.

ACTION: If this describes you, I encourage you to discuss your specific scenario with your manager at your next Quarterly Check-In. They are probably the person most able to help make an immediate impact for you. If you’ve already done that and nothing changed, feel free to reach out to your regional ARD or SDOR. Or if you prefer, let me know directly either by email or on a quick chat – you can schedule a time here: https://calendly.com/dnfenwick-infinityrehab

Great Place to Work certification coming this summer

Our recent gains in employee sentiment are highly encouraging, and we want to take steps to let the world know! One of the things that we will do this summer is pursue Great Place to Work certification. You may be aware that we previously earned this certification two years in a row just prior to the pandemic. We stopped our pursuit because there were more important things to work on at the time, and quite honestly things were tough there for a while. But now that we are back to a more stable place with good things happening, we are ready to pursue that certification again.

Here are some things you can do in the months ahead to help us get ready:

Be on the lookout for more information to come around this around mid-year. Thank you for choosing to work at Infinity, we appreciate you!
