The facility features 55 beds with an average occupancy rate of 31%. The teams serve VA contract skilled nursing patients and assisted living residents.
The community features a large therapy gym and therapy kitchen, and beautifully landscaped grounds, including a covered patio. U.S. News and World Report have given them a high-performing rating (3/3) for short-term rehabilitation.
