The community features 60 high-end private suites for its acute and long-term residents. This facility has a friendly team on average of eight therapists across all disciplines. Built in 2019, the facility is modern and features many amenities. The team upholds a strong commitment to quality care, evidence-based practice, and outstanding outcomes.
This tight-knit community has been honored with the Best Nursing Home award from U.S. News and World Report for short-term rehabilitation. Additionally, the team has a high-performing 5-star CMS rating. The therapy team prides itself on quality, beating the national and state averages for the percentage of short-stay residents who were able to return home after discharge. Additionally, the facility has reported no falls with a major injury this year, also better than state and national averages.
