After 16 years with Infinity Rehab, Derek Fenwick, our Vice President of People and Culture, has announced his decision to leave Infinity Rehab to pursue a new opportunity. Derek’s last day with Infinity will be September 15, and he will begin his new role on October 1.

Derek has played an important role in Infinity’s success throughout his 16 years with the organization. During his tenure, he has provided leadership in operations, professional development, and human resources, and he has been an integral member of our executive leadership team.

Among Derek’s many contributions, he was instrumental in establishing our Professional Development function and creating a company-wide focus on providing meaningful professional development opportunities for our clinicians. He also developed and launched our year-long Leadership Academy, an outstanding program designed to strengthen the leadership skills of selected team members and help prepare the next generation of leaders at Infinity.

Derek’s commitment to developing our people and strengthening our organization has had a lasting impact on Infinity Rehab. His leadership, experience, and friendship will be missed.

Please join me in thanking Derek for his 16 years of dedicated service and significant contributions to Infinity Rehab. We wish him continued success and fulfillment in his new endeavor, and we look forward to celebrating his accomplishments and wishing him well as he begins this next chapter.

Thank you, Derek, for everything you have done for Infinity Rehab and for the many people whose careers you have helped shape along the way.
